Injera returns to 7s squad

World Sevens Rugby all-time top try scorer Collins Injera, Sammy Oliech and Oscar Ouma have been recalled in the Kenya Sevens team ahead of the 3rd and 4th legs of the 2016/17 HSBC world Series in Wellington and Sydney respectively.
Head coach Innocent Simiyu has made five changes from the team that lined up in Dubai and Cape Town last year.
Collins Injera, Oscar Ouma, Eden Agero, Sammy Oliech, and Bush Mwale will all be featuring in the team for the first time this season.
The tactician has retained Captain Andrew Amonde, William Ambaka, Kabras duo of Brian Tanga and Dan Sikuta.
Leonard Mugaisi, Augustine Lugonzo and Nelson Oyoo also made the cut. Kenya is drawn alongside Argentina, England and Papua Guinea for Wellington 7s slated for the 28th-29th of this month.
The national team is set to leave the country this Sunday and will open their campaign against Argentina before taking on Papua New Guinea and archrivals England.
