Harambee Stars to play Liberia in international friendly match

National soccer team Harambee Stars will face visitors Liberia Tuesday afternoon in their second international friendly match in three days at the Moi international Sports Center Kasarani.
The two teams last meet in 1980s and today’s match will be the third between the two nations.
Head coach Stanley Okumbi is expected to make a few changes to the team that beat Mozambique by a solitary goal last Saturday.
Players like Ayub Timbe and Allan Wanga who missed Saturday’s match against Mozambique on various reasons are expected to make the team alongside Ismail Gonzalez.
Liberia’s head coach James Debbah says he is confidence his team is capable of ending Stars seven-match unbeaten run that includes their 1-0 victory over Mozambique over the weekend.
The coach has brought five professional players and intents to hand debuts to three in tomorrow’s international friendly against Stars.
